Oro Negro

Follow Patagonian rockers Refucilos as they tell the striking tale of their hometown, Cutral Có. Dominated by the oil industry for decades, and following the end of the cold war, contention arose between the government and the residents of Neuquén province. The main arterial route, route 22, was blocked by protesters and thus gave birth to the concept of picketing.
